Below are reasons why working with a licensed realtor makes good buying and selling sense.

The Business of Real Property

Whether you’re buying or selling, you’ll be challenged with making decisions, small to large, throughout the many stages of the real estate transaction.  Considerations on condition, pricing, marketing, and legal matters are required throughout the process and often involve multiple parties on both the buyer and seller’s part.  What should I list for?  Should I make this repair?  Which offer is better?  What am I signing?  How long has this house been on the market?

Here’s where I can help.

I provide my clients invaluable market information to aid them in determining value and if called for advice on price and condition.  I provide marketing and listing services in large part through the highly visible Austin Board of Realtors’ area-wide listing service which provides immediate notification and data services both by email and internet access.  I provide my clients brokering services for many of the dealings required to sell or buy your home.  (An ordinary real property transaction generally involves, at minimum, another realtor, an appraiser, an inspector, a title company, and a legal agency.)  I lend my more than 25 years’ experience to the real property dealing.  (Sincerely, most transactions are unique and few are without surprise.)

Last but not least, the business of real property concerns a legal transaction, under a particular jurisdiction, involving regulations, legal codes, and contracts.  I am trained, current, and experienced in these requirements and I help navigate my clients through the complexities of a real property purchase or sale.

In short, I am committed to my clients’ best interests and provide a service with an emphasis on integrity, accountability, reliability, and timeliness.
