Tips
General vs. Specific Search Criteria.
You can be as general or as specific as possible. Naturally more general will
produce more listings and being too specific fewer listings.
You should know also that when a home is put into the system/data not all details about a house are required and there may not be available. Realtors differ in how they enter their listings. Acreage is
a good example. One realtor may enter the values as square feet while another may not include a value. If you search
for homes with only your minimum requirements for acreage, a matching home may be omitted in your return set. All this is to say,
be selective of your minimum requirements. You're pretty safe when working with bedrooms, baths, and garage space.
Printing Only Properties You're Interested In.
In the output results page you may select only those homes that you're interested in and then "Discard Unchecked" to view only listings you'd like to save or print. To save listings with Internet Explorer, go to File then Save. You'll be prompted to provide a filename and location. You may also get a warning that the page may not re-render correctly on your machine. (It doesn't but it's still legible.)
